Operations Digital Leader Korea and Japan (Industry 4.0)

What you will do

• Develop and execute manufacturing digital roadmaps aligned with site objectives, enterprise architecture, and operational value drivers.
• Lead deployment, integration, adoption, and sustainment of MES/MOM, ERP integrations, industrial data platforms, automation systems, connected worker solutions, analytics, and digital workflows.
• Prioritize and lead digital initiatives from business case through implementation, stabilization, ownership transition, and benefit realization.
• Coordinate delivery across Operations, Engineering, Automation, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
• Enable trusted manufacturing data, real-time visibility, advanced analytics, predictive capabilities, and responsible AI applications.
• Lead change management, digital upskilling, operational support improvements, and OT cybersecurity and resilience initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Manufacturing Technology, Automation, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience across manufacturing, digital transformation, operational technology, engineering, automation, or information technology.
• Experience delivering cross-functional, technology-enabled transformation in manufacturing environments.
• Experience developing digital strategies and roadmaps, prioritizing investments, leading implementation, and tracking measurable value.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, MES, industrial automation and control systems, industrial data platforms, analytics, AI, OT/IT integration, and OT cybersecurity.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and operate in complex, matrixed, multi-site environments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant business, engineering, or technology discipline.
• Lean, Six Sigma, project management, change management, or relevant digital/technology certification.
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites or enterprise-scale digital capability deployment.
