Project and Program Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Manage multiple customer projects in parallel, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring professional and transparent communication.
• Translate customer requirements into internal technical actions and align with engineering teams on feasibility.
• Oversee milestone planning, risk management, and claim handling.
• Establish and maintain project steering and reporting structures for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead technical discussions to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of overall experience in the automotive software domain.
• Proven experience managing software development projects (Tier 1, Tier 2, or OEM).
• Hands-on engineering experience is required.
• Technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Business fluency in both Korean and English.
• Familiarity with automotive standards such as ASPICE and ISO 26262.
