What you will do
- Own part of the Revenue Growth Management product portfolio, including enhancements and new product initiatives.
- Shape product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, requirements, experiments, and iterative solutions.
- Conduct customer and stakeholder discovery through interviews, workflow analysis, data review, and collaboration sessions.
- Partner with engineering, design, analytics, sales, and business teams to deliver insight-driven digital products.
- Define product success metrics, monitor adoption and outcomes, and support launches and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior team members and communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
- 4β6 years of Product Management experience working with Agile product teams.
- Strong knowledge of customer discovery, iterative delivery, outcome-driven product development, and product analytics.
- Experience delivering customer-facing digital products with engineering and design teams.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and decision-making skills across technical and business audiences.

- Experience with analytical, reporting, or data-driven products.
- Experience in CPG, sales enablement, analytics, category management, or distributor-facing solutions.
