Tooling Support Technician - 1st Shift (6:00am to 2:00pm) (Injection Molding)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; on-site, 1st shift from 6:00am to 2:00pm

What you will do

• Perform in-press mold cleanings and minor mold maintenance.
• Use dry ice blasting to clean molds and tooling components.
• Follow tooling work orders, production priorities, and standardized procedures.
• Complete work orders with accurate documentation and timely execution.
• Schedule and perform mold cleanings, Slide PMs, and assigned maintenance tasks.
• Support molding and tooling operations while maintaining a clean and safe production floor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with injection molding processes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Technical training or certification in mold maintenance.
• Experience using dry ice blasters for mold and tooling cleaning.
