Capital Partners - Service Provider Oversight Manager

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office, or 2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a structured oversight framework for service providers supporting Capital Partners and Credit Partners.
• Monitor vendor performance against service-level agreements and key performance indicators.
• Conduct due diligence, risk assessments, and ongoing provider evaluations.
• Coordinate periodic reviews, exception management, reporting, and issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Lead provider reviews, develop quarterly KPI reports, and identify trends and emerging risks.
• Maintain governance documentation and audit trails while translating data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in vendor management, risk management, or operational oversight.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
• Ability to analyze SLA and KPI performance trends and define and track SLAs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and operational risk environments.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in the Krakow hybrid model during working hours between 9:00 and 18:00.
