What you will do

• Develop knowledge of the firm's risk management frameworks, models, methodologies, and regulatory expectations.
• Conduct independent reviews of credit, market, liquidity, and capital risks using structured analytical and data-driven methodologies.
• Validate data architecture, IT infrastructure, technology platforms, databases, code, data pipelines, and data-lineage controls supporting risk data aggregation.
• Design and deploy generative AI, advanced analytics, and automation solutions for control testing, data profiling, and transaction monitoring.
• Build stakeholder relationships and present findings to senior management committees and regulators across different geographies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred.
• 1–3 years of qualitative and quantitative risk management experience across credit, market, or liquidity risk.
• Strong programming skills in an object-oriented language such as C++ or Python.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analytics tools for querying, modifying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
