UX Researcher (Mixed Methods)

What you will do

• Run usability and quality-validation research to evaluate shipped features and validate design assumptions.
• Own study lifecycles, including recruiting, scoping, analysis, communicating findings, and identifying follow-up opportunities.
• Coach product designers and product managers on study design, research quality, results interpretation, and next steps.
• Build reusable research templates, guides, workflows, and enablement assets.
• Maintain the research library, research tools, participant panel, study compensation, budgets, vendors, and procurement processes.
• Gradually take ownership of research direction for one or more product areas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX research or a related applied research field.
• Strong usability testing skills across qualitative and experimental approaches.
• Proficiency in survey design, qualitative interviewing, and mixed-methods research.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly, tailor insights to different audiences, and advocate for research outcomes.
• Experience independently managing recruiting, scheduling, compensation, and study operations.
• Experience in developer tooling, enterprise, security, or networking.
