Principal Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Create, analyze, and review test correlation data.
• Develop and modify test process methods and controls to meet quality standards.
• Establish SOP and FMEA documentation for test processes.
• Review product development requirements for test-process compatibility, costs, and enablement schedules.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement and coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve test process performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• At least 3 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the offered role or a related IT or Electrical Engineering role.
• Experience developing and using test data analysis tools, including C++, R, WebData, and Shiny, in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing tester control and production control applications.
• Experience running and debugging Tester, Prober, and Handler platforms, and understanding test program interaction with test equipment.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and working with semiconductor manufacturing test processes and capability.
