What you will do

• Lead full-cycle searches across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Customer Operations.
• Partner with C-level executives, senior leaders, and stakeholders to define role requirements, success criteria, and hiring strategies.
• Conduct in-depth interviews assessing leadership capability, scope readiness, and organizational fit.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and create insight-driven candidate summaries.
• Develop inclusive, data-informed search strategies and provide market insights and recommendations.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve outreach, scheduling, documentation, and recruiting workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience in a global company or retained/executive search firm.
• Strong understanding of leadership assessment, business context, and organizational structure.
• Experience influencing and advising senior leaders on critical hiring decisions.
• Strong interviewing, storytelling, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and AI-enhanced recruiting tools.
• Professional maturity, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
