Recruiter (AI Automotive)

Location: San Francisco, CA; hybrid or remote

Salary: $80,000–$140,000 per year plus bonus

hirify.global is building an AI-native auto retail platform focused on electric vehicles, serving buyers and sellers through online and offline operations.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across product, engineering, operations, sales, buying, and corporate functions.
• Partner with C-suite leaders and hiring managers to define requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, referrals, headhunter partnerships, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and manage interview processes from initial conversation through offer close.
• Build diverse talent pipelines and act as a brand ambassador throughout the candidate experience.
• Improve recruiting processes, interview frameworks, hiring and onboarding playbooks, and recruiting metrics.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of recruiting experience; in-house experience is preferred, with agency experience also welcome.
• Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Ability to source and close high-quality candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lhirify.global, Ashby, or similar.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sourcing tools, pipeline tracking, and recruiting metrics.

Nice to have

• Agency recruiting background.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
• Familiarity with interview scheduling tools, workflow automation, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
