Recruiter

Location: Remote from Brazil; supporting a team in the EST time zone.

What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for roles across Creative, Paid Media, Social Commerce, Retention, and other business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to create role briefs, job descriptions, and hiring plans.
• Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, Boolean search, and outbound outreach.
• Manage candidate communication and deliver a consistent, professional candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate hiring records and reporting in Ashby.
• Improve recruiting processes to help teams hire faster and more effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or digital-first organization.
• Experience hiring for Paid Media, Retention/CRM, Creative, Social Commerce, and other cross-functional roles.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Experience working with an ATS; Ashby is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in Brazil and comfortable supporting EST working hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rippling or Notion.
• Background scaling teams in high-growth, omnichannel marketing organizations.
