Warehouse Operations Manager

Location: South Tacoma, Washington, United States; on-site

Salary: $80,000–$105,000 per year, with potential equity, sign-on payments, and additional compensation depending on the position.

What you will do

• Lead a high-velocity warehouse fulfillment operation and develop leaders and teams of leaders.
• Improve order transit time, delivery quality, accuracy, and operational integrity during growth and seasonal peaks.
• Design analytics models and tooling to optimize inventory levels, procurement, order quantities, and allocation.
• Oversee and enhance replenishment, new part number research, inventory control tower, inbound, and freight optimization tools.
• Develop predictive analytics for inventory metrics including receipts, out-of-stock rates, inventory turns, lost sales, and allocation percentage.
• Provide data-driven insights for inventory decisions and explain financial business drivers in addition to count metrics.

Requirements

• Several years of progressive experience in high-volume fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution; ecommerce experience is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience, progressing from tactical oversight to strategic planning and execution.
• Experience leading large-scale operations with 50 or more team members across single- or multi-site environments.
• Expertise in identifying, assessing, recruiting, and onboarding high-performing talent.
• Experience managing complex labor and capacity models for inbound freight and on-time outbound shipping.
