Operations Implementation Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Remote - United States; must be located within a 1-hour drive of the North Aurora, Illinois hub. Approximately 75% travel to sites across the Midwest is required, with up to 25% travel to other regions as needed.

Salary: $95,000–$106,000 base annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus plan.

What you will do

• Own the merchant implementation lifecycle from post-sale handoff through graduation across the U.S. fulfillment network.
• Coordinate execution with Fulfillment Center Operations, Solutions Engineering, Process Engineering, Merchant Success, Capacity & Forecasting, Quality, Analytics, and Sales.
• Develop operational strategies for merchant SKU profiles, packing requirements, custom packaging, placement, and fulfillment readiness.
• Act as the escalation point for fulfillment issues during the first 30 days and resolve complex merchant and operational problems.
• Analyze volume requirements, coordinate forecasting, communicate productivity impacts, and adjust implementation plans.
• Design scalable operational solutions for custom merchant requirements while maintaining food safety and compliance.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in fulfillment operations and/or operational program management.
• Experience working with merchants, suppliers, and external third parties.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect Operations, merchants, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience leading initiatives cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Must be located within a 1-hour drive of the North Aurora, Illinois hub and able to travel extensively across the Midwest.
