Site Reliability Operations Analyst - Commercial

Location: New York, NY; hybrid workplace with regular office and customer-site work. Travel required 25–75%, varying by location and team.

Salary: $93,000–$160,000 per year, plus potential restricted stock units, sign-on bonus, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Support software deployments for large global customers and pilot projects.
• Track and stabilize projects, remove roadblocks, and anticipate customer needs.
• Act as a first responder when operational problems arise and coordinate escalation when needed.
• Design and implement lightweight processes that reduce friction and improve team efficiency.
• Maintain accurate project records and track key project metrics.
• Build collaborative relationships with customers while supporting internal initiatives and senior leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
• Ability to travel 25–75%, depending on location and team needs.
• Strong judgment and composure in high-pressure situations.
• Experience developing effective, collaborative customer relationships.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate project tracking.
• Interest in working on site with customers and supporting internal projects.
