Funds Transfer Analyst

Location: Hybrid, based in New York or Boston with a minimum of three days in the office

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 base salary in New York or $65,000–$90,000 base salary in Boston, plus annual bonus target

What you will do

• Authenticate and process client instructions for wires, checks, ACH, and book transfers.
• Manage funds transfer requests for multi-family office, banking, and institutional clients.
• Assess documentation, investigate ambiguous or high-risk instructions, and escalate exceptions when required.
• Perform client callbacks, sight and rekey verification, and discrepancy resolution.
• Prioritize sensitive USD and foreign currency transactions while ensuring timely execution and adherence to controls.
• Identify workflow improvements, lead automation efforts, oversee testing, and resolve process issues.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3+ years of experience in funds transfer, banking operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of USD and foreign currency payment processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, identify red flags, exercise independent judgment, and work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of Keystone, Pivotal CRM, and Addvantage; Excel proficiency is advantageous.
