Treasury /Funds Transfer Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote from California, Nevada, Idaho, Oregon, or Washington State; occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. Work schedule: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM EST.

Base salary: $37,500–$75,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Execute funds transfers of multiple types and complexity across several processing platforms.
• Initiate manual transactions, resolve routine exceptions, and provide secondary approval for initiated or repaired transactions.
• Reconcile processed transactions and investigate reconciliation exceptions.
• Monitor live transactions, address exceptions according to procedures, and escalate unresolved or impactful issues.
• Maintain compliance with the control framework and report potential regulatory conflicts.
• Support basic change management activities, including operational regression testing.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Experience with research activities, organization, time management, cross-functional collaboration, and inbound calls from internal service partners.
• Knowledge of account reconciliation, application processing, financial accounting, processing, and treasury services.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow standard operating procedures, and assess operational risk.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
