Treasury / Funds Transfer Analyst (Treasury Services)

Location: Remote work is available only from California, Nevada, Idaho, Oregon, or Washington State; occasional in-office participation may be required. Work schedule: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM EST.

Base salary: $37,500–$75,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Execute funds transfers of different types and complexity across multiple processing platforms.
• Initiate manual transactions, resolve routine exceptions, and provide secondary approval for initiated or repaired transactions.
• Perform financial reconciliation of processed transactions and investigate reconciliation exceptions.
• Monitor live transactions, address exceptions according to standard procedures, and escalate unresolved or high-impact issues.
• Ensure compliance with the control framework and report potential regulatory conflicts.
• Support basic change management activities, including operational regression testing.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Experience with research activities, organization, time management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage inbound calls from internal service partners.
• Knowledge of account reconciliations, application processing, financial accounting, treasury services, wire transfers, and ACH.
• Must work from an approved location in California, Nevada, Idaho, Oregon, or Washington State; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT.
