What you will do

• Own the roadmap and backlog, sequencing work by customer impact, technical dependencies, and business priorities.
• Define “done” across incubation, active migration, and scaled adoption; run structured discovery with developers, engineering teams, and ISVs.
• Make hard scope calls for what ships this quarter, what becomes a future bet, and what is out—documenting reasoning and maintaining momentum.
• Drive velocity while holding reliability and quality standards for platform capabilities that compound downstream.
• Design platform-first decisions for versioning, access control, and API design; build human-in-the-loop escalation, governance signals, and audit trails.
• Lead cross-functionally with engineering and go-to-market partners using adoption, migration, reliability, and time-to-first-integration metrics; communicate progress and risks clearly.

Requirements

• 7+ years in software product management with demonstrated ownership across multiple lifecycle stages (incubation, migration, scaled adoption).
• Proven ability to deliver through ambiguity: define scope under uncertainty, prioritize hard, and ship with customers involved early.
• Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products (APIs, SDKs, extension frameworks, security primitives, or cloud infrastructure) with measurable adoption.
• Hands-on cloud platform architecture experience (Azure preferred) and comfort discussing distributed systems, platform APIs, and cloud-native design.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled platform patterns and AI-powered SDLC environments with agentic tooling.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences; active use of AI tools to prototype, synthesize research, and draft specs.

Nice to have

• Background in legal technology, eDiscovery, compliance, or other high-stakes domains requiring defensibility, reproducibility, and audit trails.
• Experience with cloud-native platform migrations and moving workloads off legacy frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI integration standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) or Agent-to-Agent (A2A).
• Experience building on developer ecosystems, partner integrations, or extensibility platforms at enterprise SaaS scale.
