Senior Financial Advisor - CIRO-MFD/AMF - Beloeil

Location: On-site full-time in Beloeil, Quebec, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of clients through relationship management and exceptional service.
• Create comprehensive financial plans using hirify.global tools and provide trusted investment advice.
• Develop new client relationships through networking, lead conversion, and local market knowledge.
• Recommend needs-based credit and investment solutions to increase client satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals.
• Build community connections through local events, marketing, and outreach activities.

Requirements

• 1.5–3 years of experience in a financial advisory role managing and growing a client portfolio.
• Current CIRO-MFD accreditation and good standing in CSC, CIFC, or IFC, with eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing upon hire.
• Personal Financial Planner (PFP) certification within 24 months of hire.
• Current AMF licensing in Quebec, plus successful completion of CIFC or CSC to support AMF licensing and Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC) certification.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.
• Strong client engagement, relationship building, business development, networking, investment, lending, and portfolio management skills.
