Senior Financial Advisor (CIRO-MFD/AMF)

Location: On-site full-time in Beloeil, Quebec, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of personal and business banking clients.
• Build comprehensive financial plans and provide trusted investment advice.
• Develop new client relationships through networking, local market knowledge, and proactive outreach.
• Use credit and investment solutions to deliver needs-based recommendations, referrals, and business results.
• Represent the bank at community events and participate in marketing and outreach activities.

Requirements

• 1.5–3 years of experience managing and growing a portfolio of financial advisory clients.
• Current CIRO-MFD accreditation and good standing through CSC, CIFC, or IFC, with eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing upon hire.
• Personal Financial Planner certification required within 24 months of hire.
• Current AMF licensing and good standing in Quebec, with CIFC or CSC completion and Registered Retirement Consultant certification.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Strong client engagement, relationship-building, networking, business development, and financial planning skills.
