Banking Centre Leader III

Location: Toronto-Eglinton & Lloyd Manor, Toronto, ON; on-site full-time. The role may require work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Lead a team of Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives delivering high-quality client experiences.
• Build and deepen client relationships while supporting financial goals related to homes, businesses, and long-term financial security.
• Monitor banking centre performance and implement action plans to address gaps and improve results.
• Manage risk, resolve or escalate client complaints, and safeguard the bank, clients, and shareholders.
• Hire, coach, develop, and retain employees while supporting recruitment and community relationships.

Requirements

• Experience developing and implementing strategic team goals.
• Experience coaching employees and driving successful team performance.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel between nearby banking centres.

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course, Branch Managers Examination Course, Conducts & Practices Handbook, Wealth Management Essentials, or Certified Financial Planner certification.
