Banking Centre Leader I

Location: Campbell River, British Columbia, Canada; full-time on-site work required. The role may require work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Lead a team of Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Hire, coach, develop, and support employees in achieving team and client goals.
• Build and deepen relationships with new and existing clients in the community.
• Monitor banking centre performance, create action plans, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify market opportunities and manage operational risk.
• Support clients with financial needs related to future planning, home ownership, and business formation.

Requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada, maintained in good standing.
• Experience coaching and providing hands-on support to employees to achieve team goals.
• Ability to lead client service, financial advising, business development, and performance monitoring activities.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel between nearby banking centres.
• Commitment to client service, accountability, teamwork, and community relationships.

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course, Branch Managers Examination Course, Conducts & Practices Handbook, Wealth Management Essentials, or Certified Financial Planner designation.
