Banking Centre Leader I

Location: Campbell River, BC, Canada; full-time on-site. Flexible availability for banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel to multiple nearby banking centres may be required. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

What you will do

• Lead a team of financial services Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and deepen personal and business client relationships.
• Hire, coach, develop, and support employees while building a high-performing team.
• Monitor banking centre performance, implement action plans, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Manage and minimize risks, resolve client complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Build community connections and support clients with financial needs related to their futures, homes, and businesses.

Requirements

• Experience providing coaching and hands-on support to achieve team goals.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, accountable, and capable of taking initiative.
• Strong people leadership, relationship-building, financial advising, and performance management skills.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Availability to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel to nearby banking centres.

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course, Branch Managers Examination Course, Conducts & Practices Handbook, Wealth Management Essentials, or Certified Financial Planner certification.
