Banking Centre Leader- Secondment (Banking Operations)

Location: Smithville, Ontario, Canada; full-time on-site work required. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Lead a team of financial services professionals toward exceptional client experiences.
• Hire, coach, develop, and support Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives.
• Deepen client relationships, support financial needs, and grow personal and business banking opportunities.
• Monitor banking centre performance, create action plans, and maximize market opportunities.
• Manage and minimize risk while safeguarding clients, shareholders, and the bank.
• Build community connections and support employee recruitment.

Requirements

• Experience providing coaching and hands-on support to meet team goals.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Ability to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
• Client-first, goal-oriented, accountable, and relationship-focused leadership approach.

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course, Branch Managers Examination Course, Conducts & Practices Handbook, Wealth Management Essentials, or Certified Financial Planner certification.
