What you will do

• Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional client service.
• Provide tailored advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, financial planning, and estate planning.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, generate new opportunities, and increase referrals.
• Attend local events and participate in marketing and outreach activities to strengthen community connections.

Requirements

• Postsecondary degree or diploma and/or four years of relevant experience.
• Current accreditation and good standing for Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID) licensing.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location, with a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Strong client engagement, networking, business development, financial advising, and relationship-building skills.
• For Quebec roles: current AMF licensing, CIFC or CSC completion, and Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC) certification.
