What you will do

• Partner with initiative owners and stakeholders to identify risks early and support safer delivery across business and technology initiatives.
• Document, track, and maintain risk decisions, control requirements, and remediation activities in an audit-ready manner.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners, resolve documentation and control gaps, and drive critical actions to completion.
• Monitor risks, actions, dependencies, and trends to provide insights for prioritization and decision-making.
• Identify recurring challenges, process inefficiencies, and governance gaps to improve CRCG processes.

Requirements

• Experience in risk management, controls, audit, compliance, governance, change management, project management, or related operational activities.
• Ability to analyze information, identify risks and control gaps, and develop practical recommendations.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across business, product, technology, operations, legal, compliance, and risk functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain high-quality documentation, and deliver accurate results under deadlines.
• Proactive, accountable approach with strong problem-solving and continuous-learning skills.

Nice to have

• Certifications or training in risk, audit, governance, project management, change management, or process improvement.
• Experience with GRC tools, workflow platforms, reporting solutions, or technologies such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Experience in financial services, payments, technology, or other highly regulated industries.
