Change, Risk and Controls Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Partner with initiative owners and stakeholders to identify risks early and support safer delivery across business and technology initiatives.
• Document, track, and maintain risk review decisions, control requirements, and remediation activities in an audit-ready manner.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners, resolve documentation and control gaps, and move critical actions toward timely completion.
• Monitor risks, actions, dependencies, and trends to improve transparency and support leadership decision-making.
• Identify recurring challenges, process inefficiencies, and governance gaps to improve the effectiveness, consistency, and scalability of CRCG processes.

Requirements

• Experience supporting risk management, controls, audit, compliance, governance, change management, project management, or related operational activities in a complex business environment.
• Ability to analyze information, identify risks and control gaps, and translate findings into practical recommendations supporting business objectives.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships across business, product, technology, operations, legal, compliance, and risk functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain high-quality documentation, and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proactive and accountable approach with a commitment to continuous learning, problem-solving, and positive outcomes for colleagues, clients, and the business.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications or training in risk, audit, governance, project management, change management, or process improvement.
• Experience with governance, risk, and compliance tools, workflow platforms, reporting solutions, or project management technologies such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar systems.
• Experience in financial services, payments, technology, or other highly regulated industries where risk and control management are important.
