Senior Operator (Logistics)

Location: Venray, Limburg Province, Netherlands; onsite warehouse role

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Participate in operations, assign tasks, and balance workloads across the team.
• Train, motivate, and develop team members through on-the-job coaching.
• Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective action.
• Escalate operational risks and coordinate with upstream, downstream, and internal teams.
• Support continuous improvement in productivity, service quality, cost efficiency, and workplace safety.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating warehouse operations and daily team workloads.
• Ability to work actively in warehouse processes while guiding team members.
• Ability to identify process issues, resolve bottlenecks, and communicate operational risks.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, organized workplace aligned with health and safety standards.
