What you will do
- Monitor and control warehouse operations through the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure smooth material flow.
- Oversee automated systems and respond proactively to technical issues or process deviations.
- Analyze operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and initiate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Logistics Management and Maintenance teams to resolve operational disruptions and bottlenecks.
- Prioritize workflows to achieve service, quality, and performance targets.
- Track operational data and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes through reporting.
Requirements
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions in dynamic situations.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Good technical understanding and eagerness to learn new automated systems.
- Proficiency in both German and English.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
