Operations Specialist (Ecommerce)

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands; onsite at a Verification Center warehouse

Salary: €31,200–€37,440 gross annual base salary for full-time employment, with potential additional benefits, equity, and discretionary bonuses.

hirify.global is a Detroit-based technology company operating an online marketplace for sneakers, apparel, accessories, electronics, collectibles, and other high-demand consumer goods.

What you will do

• Unload trucks and palletize boxes.
• Open boxes and scan shipping labels.
• Use apps and computer software to complete order fulfillment.
• Box items, operate packaging equipment, and place labels accurately.
• Support Verification Experts by ensuring items are correctly unboxed, handled, and packaged for outbound shipment.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in warehouse or retail environments, including unloading trucks and processing boxes.
• Ability to work with urgency, meet timelines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, turn, and pivot for more than 75% of the workday.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg); occasional team lifting of up to 100 pounds (45 kg) may be required.
