What you will do

• Manage invoicing, transport booking, and loading to ensure on-time delivery.
• Organize and coordinate transport movements both within and outside the EU.
• Collaborate with express carriers and various internal departments for seamless logistics.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all transport and export documentation.
• Handle and resolve shipping and transport-related complaints.
• Proactively contribute to sustainable process improvements within the shipping department.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a shipping, transport, and/or export environment.
• Hands-on experience with transport and export documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or SAP S/4HANA.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Strong ability to prioritize activities and make decisions based on limited datasets.
