Talent Coordinator and Sourcer

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be based in the United States.

What you will do

• Coordinate candidate interviews, scheduling, logistics, onboarding support, and background and reference checks.
• Partner with the Talent Manager, hiring managers, interview panels, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and other channels.
• Review and screen resumes for baseline qualifications and role fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS and support hiring process documentation.
• Develop scalable sourcing solutions and improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, and sourcing within a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience supporting go-to-market hiring, including sales, account executive, implementation, customer success, or product roles.
• Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, scheduling tools, and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, problem-solving, prioritization, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities and sensitive candidate information.
• Commitment to process improvement, change management, and data integrity.

Nice to have

• Recruiting or sourcing experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or SaaS.
• Experience with Lever or another modern ATS.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and coordinating reference checks.
