Recruiter (Full-Cycle)

Location: Remote within South Africa; Cape Town or Johannesburg

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client kickoff and role scoping through sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and placement.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and lead kickoff calls to align on requirements, criteria, processes, and timelines.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using traditional recruiting methods and AI-enabled tools.
• Manage candidate pipelines, communication, ATS records, and recruitment systems.
• Own searches and client relationships while proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and manage the process through signed offer and successful placement.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally including full-cycle or full-desk recruiting.
• Demonstrated experience managing recruitment from client-facing kickoff calls through offer and placement.
• Comfort using AI tools for sourcing, screening, and recruitment workflows.
• Strong communication, relationship-management, ownership, organization, and self-management skills.
• Ability to work remotely across time zones with a distributed team.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in technology, professional services, or another industry vertical.
• Familiarity with modern ATS platforms such as Ashby and recruitment CRM tools.
• Previous experience in an agency or staffing environment.
