Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical Recruiting): Building global pipelines for technical talent across software development, engineering, data science, and related roles with an accent on proactive sourcing, candidate experience, and stakeholder partnership. Focus on researching talent markets, advising hiring managers, and improving recruitment strategies in a fast-paced technology environment.
Location: Latin America, preferably working hours aligned with ET or PT. Candidates in Santiago, Chile can work remotely or from the Santiago office; candidates outside Santiago will be fully remote.

What you will do
- Source and engage candidates for technical positions globally, focusing on quality and diversity.
- Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines for current and future roles across the business.
- Track candidate progress and keep pipelines updated in the applicant tracking system.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to clarify role requirements and develop attraction strategies.
- Manage candidate communication and provide hiring managers with clear assessments of candidates’ skills and experience.
- Research talent markets, industry trends, talent pools, and competitors to improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in technology, professional services, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of technology and IT roles, including software development, engineering, and data science.
- Experience with sourcing tools, social media platforms, job boards, and ATS platforms such as Lever or Get On Board.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail and organization.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
