Salary: $70,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Own sourcing strategies and build diverse candidate pipelines for assigned roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from kickoff through offer while balancing quality, speed, and diversity goals.
• Use conversion rates, compensation ranges, and pipeline analytics to advise hiring managers.
• Conduct intake meetings and provide market intelligence on hiring trends and talent availability.
• Maintain accurate requisition and ATS data, ensuring pipeline integrity and compliance.
• Deliver personalized, structured, and transparent candidate communication throughout the process.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and own recruiting outcomes from kickoff through offer.
• Experience using data and analytics to support hiring decisions and stakeholder advice.
• Strong consultative skills and knowledge of market trends, industry benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required.
