Technical Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid work model for Toronto-based employees

Base salary: CAD$71,152–88,940 per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across R&D departments, from hiring-manager intake through offer negotiation and closing.
• Forecast hiring needs with department heads and senior leadership, and develop scalable talent acquisition strategies.
• Source passive candidates through proactive outreach and build pipelines for critical, hard-to-fill roles.
• Advise hiring managers on interview practices, market trends, compensation benchmarking, and hiring decisions.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments while maintaining transparent and timely communication throughout the process.
• Improve job descriptions, recruiting operations, reporting, and hiring processes in partnership with HR and People Operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
• Hands-on experience recruiting for R&D or technical roles.
• Strong sourcing skills using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders, close candidates, and meet hiring targets.
• Experience improving recruiting processes or implementing best practices at scale.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and prioritization skills.
