Transformation Strategy Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid work arrangement with an in-office expectation of 3 days per week; preferred locations are Arlington, VA (Washington, DC metro area) or Louisville, KY. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required.

Salary: $78,200–$107,600 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead one or more enterprise transformation workstreams with limited support from team leadership.
• Develop industry analyses, high-level financial and business models, and qualitative research.
• Manage complex projects and build trust-based relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
• Translate analytical insights into clear written communications and executive-level PowerPoint deliverables.
• Identify, structure, and solve strategic business problems across healthcare and enterprise functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of full-time work experience, including 1–3 years in consulting and strategy, or a master’s degree with business or healthcare exposure.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and familiarity with strategic frameworks and strategy development.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous, fast-paced, and changing environments.
• Demonstrated work ethic, attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and motivation for professional growth.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with three days per week in the office in Arlington or Louisville.
