Sr Delivery Consultant

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States

Salary: $84,400–$152,300 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Support the product lifecycle by gathering, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting marketing, financial, and operating data.
• Prepare reports and create and maintain project management documentation.
• Manage multiple complex projects, including large-scale, multi-million-dollar initiatives.
• Identify complex risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution.
• Communicate with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple divisions.
• Develop and deliver presentations while coordinating diverse project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of experience in healthcare, business analysis consulting, systems implementation, project management, or a related healthcare field.
• At least three years of project management experience involving large-scale, complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
• Experience with senior management communication, presentations, problem resolution, negotiation, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to work with limited supervision, manage changing priorities, and collaborate across departments.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office products and Visio.

• Management consulting experience.

• Experience supervising project teams or personnel.
• Master’s degree in business or a healthcare-related field.
• Knowledge of the Affordable Care Act or other healthcare regulations.
