Sr Delivery Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid schedule with a minimum of three office days per week for flex employees.

Base pay: $84,400–$152,300 annually, plus an annual incentive bonus plan.

What you will do

• Support the product lifecycle by gathering, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting marketing, financial, and operating data.
• Prepare reports and create and maintain project management documentation.
• Manage multiple complex projects, including large-scale, multi-million-dollar initiatives.
• Identify complex risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution.
• Communicate and negotiate with senior management, cross-functional stakeholders, and diverse teams.
• Develop and deliver presentations and establish effective working relationships across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience in healthcare, business analysis consulting, systems implementation, project management, or relevant healthcare industry work.
• At least 3 years of project management experience with large-scale, complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
• Experience communicating with senior management across multiple divisions.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations, resolving problems, identifying risks, mitigating risks, and resolving issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and in group settings while responding to rapidly changing priorities.
• PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office products and Visio.

• Management consulting experience.
• Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.
• Experience supervising project teams or personnel.
• Master’s degree in business or a healthcare-related field.
• Knowledge of the Affordable Care Act or other healthcare regulations.
