Associate, Healthcare & Analytics Strategy Consulting (MASC, Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid role based in Boston, MA or San Francisco, CA, United States. Start date: July 2027. Travel required as needed, averaging less than 10%.

Salary: $65,400–$163,600 annual base pay, with potential additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits.

What you will do

• Execute strategic quantitative analyses using large healthcare data assets to identify trends, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct qualitative primary research and quantitative secondary research covering markets, payers, physicians, patients, and competitive products.
• Develop predictive models for contracting strategies, patient affordability programs, prescriber and product utilization, and brand performance.
• Translate analyses into reports, presentations, and other concise client-facing outputs.
• Collaborate with project teams and senior leaders, manage deadlines, communicate progress, and contribute to client meetings.
• Build healthcare industry and consulting expertise while supporting recruiting and interviewing activities.

Requirements

• Strong academic record with a GPA of 3.5/4.0 or higher.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as biology, economics, finance, business, healthcare management and policy, public health, psychology, or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative, communication, teamwork, project management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent conversational and business English, written and oral, required.
• Strong IT literacy, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; SQL is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed, averaging less than 10%.
