IT Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Full-time on-site in Playa Vista, Los Angeles; US citizenship required

Salary: $104,000–$130,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Design, implement, administer, and optimize systems, servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud infrastructure.
• Build and manage physical and virtual servers across their full lifecycle.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls, and network policies.
• Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Jira/Confluence, and Slack.
• Develop administrative automation and scripts using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Lead or support infrastructure projects, provide Tier 3 assistance, and document configurations and solutions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive hands-on experience in IT engineering, systems administration, network engineering, or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux operating systems.
• Strong server deployment, administration, networking, troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Jira/Confluence, and Slack.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS, including AWS GovCloud, plus proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
