Systems Administrator

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $90,000–$135,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain Linux and Windows servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and other on-premises infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Manage identity, access, endpoint compliance, security, monitoring, and alerting across hybrid environments.
• Support CAD, CAM, and CFD engineering applications on Windows and Linux, including uptime, performance, and license management.
• Automate operational workflows and provisioning with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar tools.
• Develop ITSM processes, provide helpdesk and escalation support, and maintain documentation, SOPs, and change records.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in an equivalent technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows servers in hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
• Strong experience managing servers, virtualization, storage, and networking infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Exchange Online.
• Experience with identity management, endpoint security, monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or other regulated technical environments.
• Familiarity with GCC High or FedRAMP environments.
• Experience supporting SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS, Siemens NX, or similar engineering software.
• Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, enterprise storage, or networking design.
• Background in ITIL, service delivery, or process implementation.
