Location: Dallas, TX, United States. The work arrangement and proportion of on-site and remote work will be discussed during the interview. Legal eligibility to work at the specified location is required.

Salary: $200,000–$275,000 annually, plus potential incentive compensation and discretionary bonus.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth client relationships to support retention and business growth.
  • Acquire new clients with complex financial needs through business development, networking, community involvement, and collaboration with Business Development Officers.
  • Provide investment and wealth advisory services aligned with client objectives and organizational strategies.
  • Achieve revenue goals, manage expenses, monitor profitability, and take corrective action when needed.
  • Participate in client-focused events and build strong internal partnerships to deliver timely, professional service.
  • Maintain operational, regulatory, and compliance risk controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or advanced certification such as MBA, CFA, CPA, CFP, or JD.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in portfolio management, wealth management, personal tax, or financial planning.
  • Proven experience managing high-net-worth client relationships and advising on investment and wealth management services.
  • Strong investment knowledge, financial analysis, relationship management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Professional judgment and a thorough understanding of operational, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States at the specified location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
