Director, Capital Markets

Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States; hybrid with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Lead and develop a global Capital Markets team of approximately 3–4 professionals.
• Develop and execute financing strategies, oversee liquidity and credit facilities, and manage short-term funding.
• Lead long-term debt issuance, covenant management, collateral oversight, compliance, and interest-rate and currency hedging.
• Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and credit rating agencies, including financial models and external communications.
• Lead share repurchase strategies, dividend recommendations, and short- and long-term cash-flow forecasting.
• Oversee pension reporting, public-company disclosures, audit readiness, and support for M&A and other strategic transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
• At least 8 years of progressive Treasury or Capital Markets experience.
• Prior people-management experience.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in or transitioning to a high-yield credit environment is preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong judgment, integrity, and professionalism.
