Portfolio Manager (AI)

Salary: $210,000–$230,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead a team of PMO individual contributors across upper mid-market and enterprise client portfolios.
• Manage the full post-sales lifecycle, including discovery, product design, implementation, UAT, training, and go-live.
• Own complex client relationships and map end-to-end operational and financial workflows.
• Translate process flows into product design and configuration within the hirify.global platform.
• Partner with technical teams on integrations, data migrations, and new product capabilities.
• Coach team members, improve delivery practices, and drive automation and AI-forward improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management.
• Experience leading or mentoring others.
• Strong systems thinking, analytical ability, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work hands-on across discovery, design, implementation, and go-live.
• Experience thriving in high-pressure environments such as startups, consulting, or finance.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
