Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (AI)

Location: Pleasanton, United States. Candidates who live within a reasonable commute to a hirify.global office must work in the office at least 3 days a week.

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year, plus eligible short-term and long-term incentive programs and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment programs, including job posting creation, sourcing, interviews, offers, and negotiations.
• Partner with executives, senior leaders, and HR stakeholders on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, recruitment roadmaps, and hiring strategy.
• Coach talent acquisition team members and optimize recruiting processes across multiple business units.
• Build passive talent pipelines through Boolean search, employee referrals, proactive outreach, and diverse talent networks.
• Conduct market research and compensation analysis to support competitive and internally equitable offers.
• Optimize Workday and other recruiting systems through workflow automation, reporting dashboards, structured interviews, and data-quality improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of progressive full-cycle talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced global technology or SaaS organization.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and hiring managers across GTM, corporate functions, P&T, and executive teams.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, recruitment technology, enterprise ATS platforms such as Workday, CRM tools, and recruiting dashboards.
• Experience with DEI hiring initiatives, structured interviewing, and unbiased evaluation processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and AI workflow skills.
