Site Installation Manager (Robotics)

Location: USA remote and travel; hybrid, travel-based position with approximately 80% of time spent at customer installation sites. Work at the Wilmington, MA office and customer sites may be required for extended periods. Access to a major airport is preferred.

Salary: $125,000–$171,600 per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the installation of structural systems, racking, and automated equipment at customer sites.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, commissioning technicians, design engineering, project management, testing teams, and operations.
• Manage RFIs, Golden Prerequisites, site bulletins, and installation progress and commissioning readiness.
• Validate contractor and vendor quality using 650 Checklists and track missing materials and root causes.
• Review field change requests, resource requirements, and costs before project management issues purchase orders.
• Support demobilization of installation resources and materials after mechanical and electrical installation is complete.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in integration, construction management, or automation installation.
• At least 3 years of experience supervising or managing teams and trade contractors.
• Experience with industrial or robotic automation projects and ASRS projects.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, technical thinking, and competing-priority management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 80%; valid driver’s license and ability to drive or fly to customer locations required.
