What you will do

• Lead 300mm semiconductor technology development integration for silicon photonic devices from development and customer engagement through production.
• Manage quality, financial, customer, supplier, manufacturing, and new technology requirements.
• Develop tools and perform complex analysis of quality issues and their financial implications.
• Ensure technology maturity, technology models, IP, and customer requirements meet industry and market expectations.
• Drive standardized site-based quality processes and a consistent global qualification process.
• Support multiple sites and comply with Environmental, Health, Safety & Security programs.

Requirements

• PhD or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, or a related engineering or physical science discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in silicon photonics is preferred; a strong background in photonics, CMOS device physics, semiconductor processing, and device characterization is advantageous.
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Fluent English in written and verbal communication is required.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, clients, and internal and external partners.
