Enterprise Payments Initiatives Manager

What you will do

• Lead growth initiatives across Enterprise Payments, including payment product innovation and fee income growth.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, analytics, benchmarking, competitor analysis, and strategic market analysis.
• Build business cases for new payment products, partnerships, AI adoption strategies, and operating models.
• Define, prioritize, manage, and execute strategic engagements across payments and other bank functions.
• Develop and refine OKRs throughout the Payments organization.
• Create strategic presentations for senior management and collaborate with product, sales, service, strategy, technology, operations, finance, risk, and human resources leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution.
• 5+ years of experience developing business strategy, financial models and analysis, competitive analysis, and strategic business plans.
• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, financial services, payments, and/or software technology is preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, critical-thinking, assessment, and project management skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution, manage ambiguity, and lead complex engagements in a matrixed organization.
• Executive-level presence and ability to work cross-functionally with senior leadership and stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or other graduate degree.
• Direct experience in strategic management consulting, payments, or technology product strategy.
• Supervisory or management experience.
