What you will do

• Deliver virtual product demonstrations and customer training supporting onboarding, feature adoption, and customer success.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams on premium customer implementations and major product rollouts.
• Design and improve training materials, facilitator guides, job aids, and digital learning resources.
• Own the TELS Help Center and keep self-service content accurate and aligned with product functionality.
• Develop customized training programs, coordinate logistics and intake, and monitor the learner experience.
• Track customer feedback, adoption metrics, training participation, and learning outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in virtual training, customer enablement, learning experience design, or a related area.
• Experience applying instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Ability to deliver product demonstrations and simplify technical concepts into customer-focused learning experiences.
• Experience with LMS platforms, virtual training technologies, digital knowledge management tools, Zendesk, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work in Milwaukee, WI, at the listed job location.
