What you will do

• Develop synchronous and asynchronous learning solutions based on needs analysis, learning objectives, audience needs, and content requirements.
• Design and develop training materials including text, graphics, animations, simulations, and assessment instruments.
• Create blended, facilitator-led, and web-based training using instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM.
• Manage timelines, milestones, requirements, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Publish course components to the learning management system and ensure clear instructions and navigation.
• Follow risk, regulatory, audit, and internal control standards while supporting business-line requests and partner relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant work experience, including instructional design, course development, or curriculum development experience; alternatively, 6 years of combined education and relevant experience with at least 1 year in instructional design, course development, or curriculum development.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking, analysis, synthesis, planning, organization, and self-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate creatively in a deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects at different stages.
• Ability to work independently, manage partner relationships, and contribute within an agile team structure.

Nice to have

• Experience in training and development, retail, sales, or financial and banking services.
• Experience creating web-based and instructor-led training with Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Advanced degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum Design, or Adult Education.
• ATD certification.
