What you will do

• Develop knowledge of business systems, customer processes, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
• Analyze customer training needs and build effective software and technical training plans.
• Design, develop, and maintain customized curricula, presentations, and user guides.
• Deliver formal training, coaching, and virtual sessions to external customers using adult-learning techniques.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, staff, and project teams while managing multiple assignments.
• Evaluate training outcomes and use feedback to improve the learning experience.

Requirements

• Experience with instructional design and hands-on development of training materials.
• Strong consulting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, organization, and planning skills.
• Experience facilitating web-based or virtual training using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or GoTo Training.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Office 365.
• Eligibility for federal security clearance and willingness to travel up to 35% of the time.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years in learning and development.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content development tools.
• Experience with Power BI, business analysis, project management, or customer service.
