Transformation Strategy Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in Louisville, KY or Arlington, VA (Washington, DC metro area), with an in-office expectation of 3 days per week. Remote work from New York may be considered. Relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $104,400–$143,600 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead one or more transformation workstreams with limited support from team leadership.
• Identify opportunities, design solutions, and implement initiatives that improve member, patient, provider, and associate experiences.
• Conduct industry analysis, qualitative research, informational interviews, and quantitative analysis.
• Build high-level financial and business models and develop data-backed deliverables.
• Manage complex projects and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Translate insights into executive-level recommendations and presentations, typically using PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree such as MBA, MHA, or MPH with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in management consulting or in healthcare strategy, operations, or transformation; payer, provider, or insurance experience is preferred.
• Capabilities in quantitative analysis, research, stakeholder management, slide design, and executive communications using PowerPoint or Word.
• Ability to structure problems and develop business recommendations using hypothesis-driven thinking.
• Experience supporting complex or cross-functional workstreams in stakeholder-driven environments.
• Ability to work in the hybrid arrangement with 3 days per week in the Louisville or Arlington office; occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required.
