Senior Manager, Consulting (Healthcare)

Location: Brookline, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work with 2–3 days onsite per week

Salary: $133,000–$155,700 per year

What you will do

• Drive large-scale organizational transformation and work on multiple complex, Institute-wide initiatives.
• Apply hypothesis-driven analysis, research, projections, and consulting frameworks to strategic business challenges.
• Create business cases, recommendations, project roadmaps, workplans, and implementation plans.
• Manage project management office functions, including risks, resources, dependencies, reporting, governance, financial management, and change management.
• Facilitate decisions and build consensus with cross-functional teams, clinical partners, and executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
• Assess stakeholder readiness, support change adoption, and develop project and change-related communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a relevant master’s degree such as an MBA, MPH, MHA, or MSW is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including 3 or more years in strategic planning, business planning, and/or consulting.
• Experience with large-scale transformations, strategic planning, consulting practices, and the healthcare field.
• Strong planning, project management, facilitation, problem-solving, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in complex, deadline-driven, ambiguous, and consensus-oriented environments.
• Ability to present recommendations and facilitate large meetings with audiences up to executive and C-suite level.
