Salary: $176,000 — $242,000 USD (OTE range for specific US states).

What you will do

• Deliver innovative post-sales consulting services and hands-on technical configuration for customers.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and documentation for multiple concurrent deployment projects.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to address escalated technical issues.
• Mentor customers on service usage and act as a liaison to Product Management.
• Design new delivery offerings and improve existing deployment processes.
• Support sales teams by identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in software development (Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, REST/JSON).
• Experience with JavaScript and major MVC frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Knowledge of identity federation protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Must be authorized to work in the US and capable of managing multiple client engagements independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with API management tools like Mulesoft, Axway, or Apigee.
• Familiarity with AD and LDAP.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
• SaaS deployment experience with Salesforce, Box, Office 365, or Workday.
